During the last 3 years , I have participated in the activities after school. Such as school dancing clubs , working as a waitress, do the community services for my neighbors, and so on.

在過去的三年里， 我參加了一些課外活動。比如舞蹈，假期打工做餐廳服務員，為社區鄰居服務等等

The first year in my senior high school, I was a little shy to express my ideas in public. To challenge myself, I finally made a surprising decision that I want to learn to dance with my schoolmates to communicate with others that I was not familiar with. So , I became to be a member in the club. Every weekend, I learnt to perform jazz. At first, I was not good at dancing, and our team planned to take part in a jazz competition in the city of Beijing, so I had to ask others to instruct me. A month later, I found that it was not difficult to discuss and communicate with others. From then on, I become out-going and easy-going, and I learnt that taking part in school activities helps me to improving myself in some aspects, especially in communication. we club members performed very well although we did not award. 

在高中一年級的時候，我很害羞， 不好意思在公共場合發表我個人的看法。為了挑戰自己為了和同學其他的人更好交流， 我做除了一個驚人的決定，我參加了學校的舞蹈俱樂部，并且學習學校的爵士舞蹈，并且打算參加比賽。我每個周末學習爵士舞。由于我舞跳的不好，所以我要主動去請教別的俱樂部會員指導我，漸漸的，我發現與別人討論溝通并不是困難的事情，我開始變得外向了還很容易相處。雖然我們沒有得獎，但是我從參加學校的活動上我學會了很多東西。

During my summer holiday in 2011, I found a job as a waitress in a cafeteria named Starbucks. The first time I had been trained and worked like an adult. I worked at 8 am. What I do everyday is that I need to do the cleaning. After half a month, I became to learn how to make coffee. As a Chinese, it is also my first time to learn the procedures to make coffee. Until now, I can make coffee for my friends and my family members. It is wonderful. 

在我2011年的夏季暑假中，我找了一份星巴克做服務員的工作。這是我第一像一個成年人一樣接受專業的服務培訓，并且每天早上八點開始上班。我每天要打掃店內衛生。半個月后我開始學會如何做咖啡。作為一個中國人， 我第一次接觸做咖啡的詳細過程。到現在我都記得如何做咖啡為我的朋友和家人，這種感受太好了。

  On a cold Sunday morning, and it snowed heavily ,  so I worked with my friends to clean the snow in the community. It took us almost three hours to make a way for neighbors. When my fathers and others found there was a way, they felt warm and happy. We felt all we had done was worth while。

在一個寒冷的冬天的早上，雪下的很大，所以我和朋友去社區掃雪，掃雪并不容易，我們花了整整三個小時，終于掃出了一條路供給鄰居行走。當爸爸和鄰居發現了這條路時， 他們非常開心。我們覺得我們所付出的努力是值得的。

 Over all, I think taking part in various activities makes me more adaptable to the society and the future university life.

總之， 我認為參與活動使我們將來更加適應社會和未來的大學生活。
